REIKI HEALING
Reiki is a very gentle Japanese therapy which reduces stress and promotes relaxation and healing.
As humans we are so much more than our physical bodies, we are made up of energy, and energy always needs to balance and flow freely. The stresses and strains of life however can cause our energy to become blocked.
A Reiki treatment is administered by the laying on of hands, it feels wonderfully relaxing and Reiki energy flows through and around you.

IET is a gentle hands on non invasive treatment which “gets the issues out of tissues” It helps clear away the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual energy blockages while you relax in a warm comfortable setting. Our bodies have memory and our experiences and emotions are stored into different parts of it. Integrated Energy Therapy focuses on clearing energy imprints from your energy field, such as guilt, distrust, shame, fear, anger and leave in their place positive energy imprints with the help and guidance of the Archangels. It is a gentle yet powerful healing.
CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystal Healing can restore balance and energy flow in the mind, body and soul. It works at releasing blockages and imbalances in our body and in our life. It cleanses the energy in our aura and balances all the chakras to promote a connection to our higher consciousness.The crystals are laid either in patterns around or on your body.

WHO AM I ❤️
Having studied her Degree in Fine Art at Cluain Mhuire, Galway, Anna lived and worked there for a few years until she met her husband and settled in Co Galway. Here she shares her life with their three children and Rosie the Basset.
